As a former Martial Arts Director at Spa 23 Lifestyle & Fitness (Pompton Plains, New Jersey), Sensei Andrew taught students, of all ages, practical self-defense techniques through his anti-bullying and Women’s Self-Defense programs. Sensei Andrew’s traditional and pragmatic approach to martial arts is the basis of his teachings.
